The oval dish has a minimalist neo-classical design and an applied gadrooned border. Paul Storr was one of the most revered silversmiths of his time and the principal silversmith of Bridge & Rundell, who served as the royal jeweller and showcasing an intricate foliate motif. The leaves jutting out from the base of the holding bowl add a dimensional effect to the piece. The base of the Epergne has three peacocks silversmith to their majesties George III, George IV and their extended families.

This lot is over one hundred years old or National Art Treasure, cannot be exported out of India as per Antiques and Art Treasures Act, 1972.
