This pair of antique bajubands is set with diamond polkis and intricate enamel detailing on the reverse. This type of design was fairly popular in the Deccan region and this particular lot was made for the family of the Nizam. The bajubandhs have a floral motif with a cord passing through the loops on the reverse, holding the piece together. This is a rare lot, because seldom before has such a lot appeared in an auction.
