Virat Kohli is an Indian Cricketer who really shot to popularity after leading India to victory in the Under-19 World Cup at Kuala Lumpur in 2008. Known as the ‘Bad Boy’ of Indian Cricket he is regarded as one of the finest batsmen in the world. He was born on the 5th of November 1988 in Delhi. He joined the National team in 2008 with his ODI debut against Sri Lanka. He had his Test debut in 2011 against West Indies and his T20I debut in 2010 against Zimbabwe. For ODIs, Virat Kohli holds the record for the fastest batsman to score 10,000 runs. He has been honoured with the Arjuna Award in 2013, the Padma Shri in 2017 and the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna in 2018.
