The heart-throb Ranbir Kapoor comes from the famous Bollywood family of the Kapoors. He was born on the 28th of September 1982 in Mumbai. He has studied film-making from the School of Visual Arts in New York and learnt acting from Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, New York. The actor made his debut in 2007 with the film ‘Saawariya’. He also won the Best Male Debut actor award for his role in the film. Before making his acting debut he assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the film Black. His debut film didn’t do so well commercially but he subsequently garnered a lot of fame for his coming of age film ‘Wake Up Sid’ and for his role in the romantic comedy ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’.
