Post Sale Services

AstaGuru’s Post-Sale Services are designed to ensure a seamless and secure transition from successful bidding to final delivery. Our experienced team provides end-to-end support, guiding you through payment, documentation, logistics, and delivery, anywhere in the world.
Statements and Invoices
Within three business days of the auction’s conclusion, our Post-Sale Services team will issue your invoice along with relevant shipping details. The invoice reflects the final purchase price, including the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and applicable local taxes.
Shipping charges are calculated based on individual consignments and are communicated separately. Payment is required within seven business days of receiving the invoice. Upon confirmation of full payment, your property will be prepared for dispatch within seven business days.
Payments
Payments may be made to AstaGuru through the following methods:
- Cheque
- Demand Draft
- NEFT / RTGS transfer
For international transactions, payment is accepted via bank wire transfer.
To ensure transparency and compliance, AstaGuru does not accept third-party payments from individuals or entities other than the registered winning bidder.
Delivery & Logistics
AstaGuru’s in-house logistics team oversees professional packaging, secure shipping, and safe delivery of your acquisition. Dispatch is initiated within three working days following confirmation of full payment by our accounts department.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Local (Mumbai): Within 2 working days
- Domestic (India): 8-10 working days
- International (to port of arrival): 5-18 working days (Final delivery is subject to local customs clearance)
Delivery timelines may vary depending on individual circumstances, shipment consolidation, or regulatory requirements. Delivery within Mumbai is provided complimentary.
Please note that international shipping policies and timelines may differ based on destination-specific customs and export/import regulations.
Important Notes
- For items governed by the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972, delivery and transportation are initiated only after the formal transfer of ownership is completed.
- In the case of vintage automobiles, delivery is subject to the successful registration of new ownership with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
